L\u2019Alg\u00e9rie dispose de 17 th\u00e9\u00e2tres r\u00e9gionaux en attendant l\u2019ouverture de trois autres th\u00e9\u00e2tres respectivement Jijel, Na\u00e2ma et Laghouat pour devenir 20 th\u00e9\u00e2tres au niveau national vu qu’il y est une insistance pour \u00e9largir le champ th\u00e9\u00e2tral dans le pays. En vertu de la d\u00e9cision de d\u00e9centralisation de 1972, quatre th\u00e9\u00e2tres r\u00e9gionaux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 inaugur\u00e9s \u00e0 Constantine, Annaba, Oran, Sidi Belabes qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tabli en vertu de l\u2019ordonnance n\u00b070-39 du 8 Rabie II en 1390 correspondant au 12 juin 1970 et contenant la loi fondamentale g\u00e9n\u00e9rale n\u00b073-73 du 13 Rabie Al Awal 1393 correspondant au 16 avril 1973, qui pr\u00e9voit la cr\u00e9ation des th\u00e9\u00e2tres r\u00e9gionaux. Au milieu des ann\u00e9es 1980, les th\u00e9\u00e2tres de Bejaia et de Batna ont \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9es dans le cadre de l’expansion des th\u00e9\u00e2tres d\u00e9centralis\u00e9s d\u2019Alg\u00e9rie avant la p\u00e9riode 2005-2013, la cr\u00e9ation des th\u00e9\u00e2tres de Tizi Ouzou, Skikda, Guelma, Mascara, Souk Ahras, El Eulma,Oum En Bouaghi, Sa\u00efda, Mostaganem, Djelfa et Biskra.<\/p>\n
