La pi\u00e8ce traite le th\u00e8me universel de la justice au c\u0153ur de l\u2019actualit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Cette pi\u00e8ce raconte l\u2019histoire d\u2019un marchand, d&rsquo;un porteur et d&rsquo;un guide\u00a0 \u00e0 la recherche de puits de p\u00e9trole.\u00a0 Le porteur est tr\u00e8s pauvre et se fait maltraiter par le marchand. Le guide se fait renvoyer par son ma\u00eetre (le marchand) et est forc\u00e9 d&rsquo;abandonner le porteur \u00e0 son triste sort. Le marchand assassine son porteur, pr\u00e9textant qu\u2019il a cru qu\u2019il allait l\u2019attaquer avec une pierre, alors qu\u2019en v\u00e9rit\u00e9, il lui offrait sa gourde. Ainsi le pauvre porteur perd sa vie au lieu de la gagner. Son \u00e9pouse priv\u00e9e de ressources, intente un proc\u00e8s qu\u2019elle perd.\u00a0Comme il n&rsquo;y avait aucun t\u00e9moin, le marchand meurtrier est d\u00e9clar\u00e9 non coupable.
