Elle d\u00e9nonce l\u2019opportunisme, la corruption et critique l\u2019immobilisme de certains responsables politiques de l\u2019\u00e9poque et leur gestion ruineuse, dans l\u2019intention de provoquer un changement. Cette satire sociale, inspir\u00e9e de lettres parues dans la presse de l\u2019\u00e9poque, raconte l\u2019itin\u00e9raire d\u2019un responsable corrompu.\u00a0C\u2019est une pi\u00e8ce mettant en sc\u00e8ne les difficult\u00e9s rencontr\u00e9es dans l\u2019application de l\u2019autogestion agricole. Elle met \u00e0 nu\u00a0 les probl\u00e8mes de gestion * des abus des complots men\u00e9s contre les travailleurs agricoles qu\u2019il exploite\u00a0 quotidiennement.Elle\u00a0 parle et <strong><em>met <\/em><\/strong>\u00a0en sc\u00e8ne les difficult\u00e9s rencontr\u00e9es dans l\u2019application de l\u2019autogestion agricole. \u00a0\u00a0El-Ghoula, dans le sens de vampire, raconte l\u2019itin\u00e9raire d\u2019un responsable, une v\u00e9ritable sangsue, qui vit au-d\u00e9pend des fellahs d\u2019une coop\u00e9rative agricole, un corrompu\u2026 Au lieu de r\u00e9soudre les probl\u00e8mes, ce responsable utilise les discours creux et les slogans \u00ab\u00a0r\u00e9volutionnaires\u00a0\u00bb, pour les galvaniser et les encourager \u00e0 poursuivre le travail. Le gestionnaire opportuniste transforme le travail des fellahs en proc\u00e9dures bureaucratiques chaotiques, qui influent n\u00e9gativement les revenus de l&rsquo;institution. Au lieu d\u2019exploiter toutes les opportunit\u00e9s pour atteindre des objectifs d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat public, il le fait \u00e0 des fins\u00a0 personnelles .
