Elle rend une copie r\u00e9elle des probl\u00e8mes que vivent les professionnels du th\u00e9\u00e2tre, notamment les metteurs en sc\u00e8ne et les musiciens ,au quotidien. Ce constat de l\u2019\u00e9tat des lieux a pour dessein de\u00a0 sensibiliser le public, de le conscientiser et,de\u00a0 plaider pour une am\u00e9lioration des conditions de travail des professionnels avant que le quatri\u00e8me art ne p\u00e9riclite.<\/p>\n<p>La pi\u00e8ce, \u00e0 travers l\u2019histoire d\u2019un musicien et d\u2019un metteur en sc\u00e8ne, raconte les tracas et les tourments des professionnels au quotidien. Ils ont la t\u00e2che d\u00e9licate et ardue de r\u00e9unir tous les \u00e9l\u00e9ments de la nouvelle production. Durant le d\u00e9roulement du spectacle, les conditions du travail se rel\u00e2chent, se d\u00e9gradent ,de jour en jour, et deviennent intenables, ne permettant plus aux artistes de cr\u00e9er, du moins de donner de leur art. Les deux artistes, ne pouvant pas r\u00e9sister au g\u00e9henne abominable qu\u2019ils vivent, finissent par plier bagages et quitter les lieux, pour d\u2019autres cieux o\u00f9 trouver leur pitance. Le mal redout\u00e9 arrive\u00a0: la troupe th\u00e9\u00e2trale se trouve sans ses professionnels, ni metteur en sc\u00e8ne, ni musicien, parce qu\u2019ils ont quitt\u00e9 les lieux. Le th\u00e9\u00e2tre se trouve enlis\u00e9s dans les difficult\u00e9s,\u00a0 et menac\u00e9 de dispara\u00eetre.
