C\u2019est le chaos\u00a0! Un homme, apr\u00e8s la disparition de sa femme Magdalena, en compagnie de la fianc\u00e9 du gouverneur, fait irruption chez la vieille Merquia et d\u00e9cide de reprendre son fils. Il lui laisse un sac plein d\u2019argent devant servir pour financer la r\u00e9sistance, e ilt repart. Dans sa fuite, tout ce qui l\u2019int\u00e9resse est de mettre son enfant en s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Les fuyards se r\u00e9fugient dans une grotte en attendant des jours meilleurs, m\u00eame s\u2019il est certain\u00a0 que le gouverneur finira, un jour, par les trouver et les ex\u00e9cuter. Effectivement, le gouverneur se met \u00e0 la recherche des deux tra\u00eetres et va chez Merquia, chez qui il trouve le sac plein d\u2019argent et de bijoux et la jette ,avec sa voisine, en prison. Les pseudos combattants pour les droits de l\u2019homme s\u2019enferment dans des slogans creux. Les r\u00e9sistants organisent une fuite de la prison, mais ils sont vite arr\u00eat\u00e9s, diabolis\u00e9s et jet\u00e9s dans un asile psychiatrique.
