La fresque historique, d\u2019une dur\u00e9e de 60 minutes, aborde, au moyen d\u2019un spectacle de danses et de gestuelle corporelle, un pan important de l\u2019histoire\u00a0 de la Numidie, les intrigues historiques n\u00e9es de la passion entre Massinissa et Sophonisbe,<\/p>\n<p>La chor\u00e9graphie raconte l\u2019histoire de Sophonisbe, cette princesse c\u00e9l\u00e8bre par sa beaut\u00e9 au destin fatidique.\u00a0 Elle aimait Massinissa, mais elle \u00e9pousa Syphax, roi de Numidie sur ordre de son p\u00e8re afin de sceller une alliance entre Carthage\u00a0 et ne devient pas\u00a0 l\u2019alli\u00e9 de Rome. A la suite de la d\u00e9faite de Syphax face aux arm\u00e9es romaines, puis la prise de Cirta par Massinissa, elle retrouva son premier\u00a0 amour qui l&rsquo;\u00e9pousa.
