Il a le statut d\u2019entreprise publique \u00e0 caract\u00e8re industriel et commercial (EPIC).<\/p>\n<p>D\u2019une surface d\u2019emprise au sol de 800m2, le b\u00e2timent, dont la fa\u00e7ade est de 14 sur 28 m\u00e8tres, \u00a0est construit sur niveaux.
